Terms and Conditions BD77 – Platform Usage Guidelines

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and BD77 ("Platform", "we", "us"). This document governs the use of the bd77.plus website, the BD77 mobile app, and all services provided under the BD77 name.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the BD77 platform, you expressly and unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect from the date of your registration or the first date you access the platform, whichever is earlier.

BD77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any material changes via in-platform notifications or their registered email. It is each member's responsibility to review the latest Terms. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Registration & Account Management

BD77 account registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration
• Not a citizen or resident of a country that prohibits online gambling activities
• Has never been banned or removed from the BD77 platform previously
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any business entity

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account only. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate freezing or closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of all bonuses and balances. If you suspect that someone has opened an account using your information without your consent, please contact the BD77 support team immediately.

You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. BD77 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension or closure.

Your login credentials — including your username and password — are strictly confidential and entirely your responsibility. BD77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login details.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

BD77 supports a variety of popular payment methods in Malaysia including local bank transfers, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected crypto assets. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's cashier page at all times
• Deposit funds must originate from a legitimate source and belong to the member personally
• BD77 does not accept third-party deposits
• Successful deposits will be credited to the account within the timeframe specified by the chosen payment method

Withdrawal:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same bank account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to anti-money laundering policies.
• Full KYC identity verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method, typically between 15 minutes and 2 business days.
• BD77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review purposes if suspicious activity is detected

4 Bonus & Promotions

BD77 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward loyal members and welcome new ones. All bonuses are subject to specific terms stated alongside each offer.

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering) that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted
• Welcome bonuses are only eligible for new members who have not previously registered
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• BD77 reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through illegitimate means or in violation of these Terms
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the end of their validity period
• Cashback promotions are calculated based on net losses within the specified period and may not be combined with other bonuses unless stated otherwise.
• BD77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice

Members found abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing conflicting bets, or exploiting system loopholes — will be subject to appropriate action including account closure and forfeiture of all related bonuses and winnings.

5 Game Rules

All games offered on the BD77 platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and others — have their own rules available within each game's interface. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing.

• All games use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fairness.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, BD77 reserves the right to void or suspend the affected round.
• Bets placed cannot be cancelled once a game has started.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as stated within the game interface
• For live casino games, the dealer's decision is final in accordance with the applicable game rules.

BD77 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any game at any time based on operational requirements or game provider instructions without prior notice.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BD77 platform and may result in immediate action including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the BD77 platform to conceal or transfer funds obtained through illegal means
• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the gaming system, including the use of bots, automation software, or unauthorised technical methods
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account, whether directly or through another person, to circumvent limits or obtain additional benefits
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system or using conflicting wagering strategies designed to secure guaranteed profits from promotions
• False Information: Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual during the registration or KYC verification process
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access another member's account or the platform's administrative systems without authorization
• Illegal Activities: Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law

7 Privacy & Data Protection

BD77 is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all members. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

• Your personal data is used solely for the purposes stated in the BD77 Privacy Policy
• BD77 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted through the platform
• Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties without your consent, except as outlined in the Privacy Policy or as required by law.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data subject to applicable legal limitations

8 Liability Limits

The BD77 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, BD77 does not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption, errors, or delays.

• BD77 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• We are not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our control, including internet outages, power failures, or cyberattacks
• BD77 is not responsible for financial decisions made by members based on information on the platform
• BD77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the arising of the claim

Members acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and is played at their own discretion. BD77 encourages all members to set personal limits and play responsibly.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

BD77 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time with or without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The member has violated any section of these Terms
• Information provided during registration or KYC is false or misleading
• Account involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Members under 18 years of age
• A directive has been received from the relevant authorities to close the account.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the BD77 support team. For self-exclusion cases related to responsible gaming, a dedicated process is available via the Responsible Gaming.

Once an account is closed due to a Terms violation, BD77 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings associated with the offending activity. Valid deposit balances may be returned at BD77's discretion upon completion of the investigation.

10 Terms Amendment & Governing Law

BD77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at its absolute discretion. For material amendments, we will provide reasonable notice through:

• In-platform account notifications
• A link to the updated version of the Terms with a clear amendment date

Continued use of the BD77 platform after any amendments take effect constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the new Terms come into effect.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BD77 is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration body.
